Training Management Process.....
Required employee training programmes are added to the Training Application. These programmes are available to select when a training event is required.
Training Events is used to document employees that have attended or plan to attend training events. You can also maintain a training schedule and record of each individual. As with other modules, documents (e.g., attendance sheets, lesson overviews and training materials) can be attached to form a record of training taking place.
Training events are created for available employee programmes in the AlmirLive Training application.
